Just a little update. Trying very hard to finish my comic I guess and send it off to become a show versus actually illustrating into a comic.
I have a couple of banter pages, like a pilot to send off. Just did the prologue. And made the dedication page to my best bro who pasted on my birthday in 2016.
It's dedicated to him, because he was one of my oldest friends. He apparently had moved to Greensboro from Fayettenam at the end of 2000. Most likely because of Floyd.
I miss him, for a while I was angry as HELL. That was the first time I've ever been furious with God. There were many days, that I drove to class in the county opposite of where I stay now.
One the way back, I would still get even more angry.
Shit hit the fan when I gave the ulegy at his funeral. That was this first time I've ever had to use my 'over-proper, uni/ writing skills' In rememberance of a friend who was close to me. He was my oldest best friend and for a while my only true African American best friend. Life sucks. IT FUCKING SUCKS.... AND I'M NOT going to hold back. There is not a day that I don't relive it because I have the program as well as the ulogy that I typed right after Spring Semester of 2016 ended. There is not a day. And THIS REALLY FUCKING SUCKS. That I don't unciously think about it. That's the thing tho. Positivity is my thing. That's usually the best way of getting through tough times. Smiles, laughter, yada, yada, yada...... At the end of the day. No matter how many friends, no matter lavishly you live. Whether you're in the affluent neighborhood, the working class, or the sticks. If you don't have the good times, and only focus on the bad times.... Honestly when you leave. You ain't gunna have SHIT. And that's real.
Life is short, maybe we get another or maybe not who knows....
The tough get going, and the tougher become stronger.
And the rich get richer, and the poor get laid off...
In between time in the mean time, ain't we got fun?
